Manifestation is a beautiful and ugly concept. It is our ability to use the mind to materialize our desires through the Law of Attraction. Thoughts manifest into reality. That is also the ugly part of manifestation. Toxic thoughts can create our reality as well. Be careful when tapping into this power of yours. Manifestation is an ever-unfolding of dream making, living, and expanding.
Here are 5 Tips to utilize when manifesting:
How do you see your highest self? What does she look like to you? What does she have on? What does she drive? What self care rituals does she practice? Use all 5 senses (touch, smell, taste, sight, sound). Show up as HER and walk in that everyday!
Recognize the good that is already present. It is easier said than done I know. Life is abundance in itself. I personally like to write down at least 5 things I’m grateful for when you wake up in the morning to start your day off on the right path. Also give yourself credit for where you are at and how far you have come.
3. Disciplined action
Discipline is a trait of self control. Take small steps. Set daily goals.Practice your self care/love that will allow you to show up as that and nothing less. Don’t be hard on yourself if everything on your to do list does not get fulfilled. Start each day with a fresh start.
Whatever you believe in, have complete trust or confidence that what you are asking for or wanting will show up. When my faith runs low, I personally have to remind myself throughout the day that my manifestation will show up for me no matter what. I stay hopeful and keep my vision my center of focus.
The cool thing about staying consistent is that this is the time to experiment and see what will and won’t work. Whether it’s done wrong or not at your best continue to try out new methods.
Start out smart with everyday little things like getting a front row parking spot, getting all green lights on your way to work, or free coffee. Remember, your thoughts become things so make the most out of them. Happy Manifesting sis!
